Matt & Nat - Hendrix Bag.
Saw this bag and the collection on sales on ‘Beyond the Rack’. I couldn’t resist the attractive low price - $18 dollars discounted from a whopping $165. It makes me wonder if this brand is truly over-priced to start with. With some research into forums and blogs, I noticed this brand’s bags are all made in China and the ‘recycled bottle materials’ they used are essentially PVC. I don’t think I will buy it again at retail price becuase it might not worth the pennies.
Nonetheless, I like the design of this bag and the colours! I will wear this to go out casually. Not glamarous enough to be an ‘evening bag’ as categorized by maker.
The cutest!

After a relaxing and wonderful long weekend with friends and beloved, it’s time for me to focus on an important piece of my career.
The weekend was great with mild activities such as hiking, base ball and photographing etc. With a whopping 38’C outside, it’s hard to do a lot of strenuous activities during the day.
Night time was great with camp fire and bbq with some delicious steaks and chicken wings. Not to mention those unexpected guests who came armed with an arsenal of fireworks. It was a great re-union for friends who haven’t met up for almost a year.
However, I’m shocked by how much things have changed or happened during this year. I’m glad that I wasn’t part of those dramas. But at the same time, I feel really sad for things that happened. It hurts just to imagine the feelings of those people who’re going through those dramas. This really puts me back with perspective and acts like a wake-up call. I should never take things or people for granted.
Staying true and loyal to those we love might be hard when temptations are everywhere. It definitely takes willpower and some moral value to say ‘NO’ to certain things. This is part of growing up and acting more responsibly. I hope that these friends will be back on track and feel happy again.
Happiness could be so easy sometimes. But all it takes is a mentality. Some famous people say:
”You can’t change the way the world is around you. However, what you can change is your mentality, how you perceive about it. That’s all the difference it makes.”
Just relax and not to over-think things in general. What does it mean to you?
